  • How do I shop on the site?  

We use PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal is safe and secure. While shopping on our site, you will not enter any personal information. That information will be entered when you check out and are taken to PayPal to complete your transaction. PayPal accepts Visa,  Mastercard,  American Express, and Discover, in addition to accepting payment through your PayPal account, if you have one. PayPal also offers a “pay over time” extended payments option, should you wish to extend your payments.  A PayPal account is not required to check out. Your PayPal receipt will say “Designs by Melodye” for the merchant you purchased from. DesignsByMelodye.com is owned by Designs by Melodye, so your receipt is correct.

  • How long before I will receive my order?

Most orders of in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. After we ship. in most cases, you should receive your order within 5 days. We ship within the United States only. Sorry, no international orders. We ship via USPS. 

Please note, that most of my creations are one-of-a-kind pieces and may require 3-4 weeks to create. I will contact you if your order will be delayed due to this. 

  • Do you do custom orders?
