Celtic designs have their origins from centuries ago.  Originally from the Druids, the Celts had heavy influence from Christians. This can be seen in such icons as the Celtic cross.

And by the way, it’s pronounce Kell-Tick.  Sell-Tick is a basketball team from Boston.
